Zero configuration networking

Solves problem of:

• I need to discover devices that provide certain services on the network, e.g. a printer
• I need to identify myself as a service to everyone else on the local network, e.g. I am a printer

So my laptop can request a local address from a zero-conf server on my home router. I can then discover and communicate with other devices on the local network.
